Each rental includes a professionally prepared RV stocked with the basic items needed for travel. Included items may vary slightly by vehicle and trip type, but typically include kitchen basics, dishes, utensils, RV setup equipment, hoses, leveling blocks, and essential trip items.

Basic trip essentials are included, but some comfort items and premium add-ons may vary by vehicle or reservation type. Please confirm in advance if you would like bedding, pillows, blanket sets, towel kits, camping chairs, a bike rack, or other optional travel items.

The standard minimum rental period is 3 nights. Certain holidays, peak travel periods, festivals, and custom reservations may require a longer minimum stay.

Sometimes. One-way trips are approved on a case-by-case basis. The renter is responsible for any additional costs associated with a one-way arrangement, including fuel, driver logistics, repositioning, transportation back to base, and any extra rental days required.

Yes. We work with both U.S. and international travelers. We do our best to make the process simple for out-of-state guests and can often help coordinate timing, delivery, and general trip-planning details.

Insurance options may include your personal auto policy if approved, insurance through a booking platform, or a third-party policy arranged through Live2RV. International renters may be required to use an approved third-party or platform-based insurance option. All insurance must be confirmed before the rental begins.

We accept major credit cards. Any applicable credit card processing fees are the renter's responsibility.

Standard rental cancellations are handled as follows: full refund if canceled more than 4 weeks before the rental start date; 50% cancellation fee if canceled within 4 weeks of the start date; cancellations made within 2 weeks of the start date remain subject to a minimum 50% cancellation fee and may be non-refundable once trip preparation, blocking, delivery scheduling, or specialty-trip preparation has already begun. There are no refunds for unused nights or early returns.

Burning Man reservations are subject to a separate policy because of the extensive advance preparation, blocked calendar time, specialty cleaning, and event-specific scheduling required. Full refund if canceled on or before May 15. A 50% cancellation fee applies for cancellations made from May 16 through August 1. No refund is available after August 1. There are also no refunds for early returns, unused nights, or changes once event preparation has begun.

Burning Man rentals require substantial advance preparation, maintenance scheduling, protective prep, supply coordination, and blocked availability during one of the highest-demand periods of the year. For that reason, festival reservations are treated differently from standard rentals.

Yes. Festival rentals may include special preparation, pricing, restrictions, and return requirements. Depending on the reservation, available add-ons or trip-prep services may include extra water containers, camping chairs, bike racks, delivery and pickup coordination, custom packing support, and additional post-event service handling.

The RV must be returned in respectful condition and according to the return requirements provided before departure. For standard rentals, renters are typically required to return the vehicle with diesel and propane at the same levels provided and with gray and black tanks emptied, unless optional return services were purchased or approved in advance.

No. Any stated preparation, cleaning, event-handling, or specialty-trip cleaning fees are part of the cost of preparing and restoring the RV and are not optional once the booking is confirmed.

Yes. Delivery and pickup may be available depending on your location, trip length, and scheduling. Standard local delivery terms may apply, and longer rentals may qualify for reduced-cost or complimentary local delivery. Airport-area, hotel, home, and custom-location delivery may also be available by quote.

Possibly. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and scheduling. If the RV is available, we are happy to extend the trip once the additional balance is paid. If the vehicle is committed to another reservation and is returned late, late charges will apply.

Late returns affect cleaning, maintenance, delivery schedules, and upcoming reservations. Please stay in communication with us if there is any delay. Unauthorized late returns may result in hourly, half-day, daily, or penalty charges depending on the length of the delay and the impact on our schedule.

There are no refunds or credits for unused nights if you choose to return the RV early.

Our Mercedes diesel RVs are fuel-efficient for their class. Typical fuel economy is approximately 16 to 20 mpg depending on speed, terrain, weather, load, and driving style.

Possibly, but towing must be approved in advance. If approved, towing limits must not be exceeded, full details must be provided in advance, and additional towing fees may apply.

Please notify Live2RV immediately. If there is an accident, damage, or mechanical issue, take clear photos, gather the other party's information if applicable, and do not authorize repairs without approval unless immediate action is required for safety.

Yes. Live2RV reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation if it presents unreasonable risk, inaccurate information, prohibited travel use, policy conflicts, or other material concerns.
